You'll participate in 2 monthly Q&A calls where it's all about you and you having support and the right strategy to overcoming your challenges.

Q&A Calls

These calls are pure gold and an incredibly valuable part of The Child Care Program of Excellence. Imagine being able to take all of the questions that you have about your staff and get them answered 2 times a month on our Q&A call! Powerful!! No longer do you have to spin your wheels by yourself thinking about what will work.

Julie will give you answers to your questions that will help you make a transformation happen.

Additionally - on these calls, you'll be encouraged to celebrate your successes! And we know you'll have many when you join forces with Julie Bartkus!

The seal is available to use after a year in the program is complete for Levels 1 and 2. Level 3 has immediate access to the seal.

Get-It-Done Sessions

This benefit is for our Level 2 and 3 Child Care Program of Excellence Members... and it's ah-mazing!!

During these monthly 2-hour sessions, you'll be guided to take action on one piece of the puzzle that will help you attract the staff you desire and keep them!

Julie's personalized approach keeps her in touch with the pulse of the group - knowing what they need to get to the next level.

During these monthly sessions, Julie will teach on a different "hot topic" and then give participants the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and take immediate action so it gets done.

She is there to coach participants and offer feedback so they can Get It Done and feel like they're one step closer to creating the team of their dreams.

Power Coaching

What are the "hot" issues that are going on for you? During these sessions, members can apply to be in the "hot seat" for some power coaching.

You'll have to opportunity to have Julie's undivided attention for 20-minutes as the focus is on the "hot issue" you're going through. Magical mindset shifts are achieved and immediately applicable strategies are yours. We want you to feel fully supported as you cultivate the workplace that is absolutely DREAMY!

Mentorship members who are level 2 and 3 are invited to join us for these monthly sessions.
