🧩 Motivational Minute — You Are the Missing Piece 💙
Hello Team,
There's a story about a teacher named Maria who almost quit during her first year.
She watched the veteran teachers handle chaos with ease while she struggled. She saw the creative ones design bulletin boards that looked like magazine covers while hers looked... well, homemade. She noticed how some teachers had children running up to hug them, while she was still learning names.
"I don't fit here," she thought. "Everyone else has something special, and I'm just... me."
Then one day, a parent pulled her aside. "My son finally feels safe at school," she said. "Whatever you're doing — the way you stay calm, the way you listen — it's exactly what he needed."
Maria realized something that changed everything: She wasn't supposed to be like everyone else. She was supposed to be the piece they were missing.
January 29th is National Puzzle Day — and it got me thinking about something important.
A puzzle isn't beautiful because every piece is the same. It's beautiful because every piece is different — and essential.
That's exactly how this team works.
Some of you are the corner pieces — steady, holding everything together when things feel chaotic.
Some of you are the edge pieces — creating boundaries, structure, and safety.
Some of you are the connectors — seeing how people and ideas fit together in ways others miss.
