Hey there! One thing I've learned in my life is just how powerful words are. Written words... and spoken words are incredibly powerful. And as nice as treats and gifts are for teacher appreciation week - let's not forget the power of your words.

A simple note attached to a gift can 10X how someone feels receiving it. 

Or building anticipation for the week with some heartfelt words can go a long way and even leave your team raving about you and where they work!

Since communication is such a passion of mine, I thought I'd put a few letters and social media posts that you can steal (and use any way you'd like) might be a good tool for you to have. 

Template 1: Anticipation letter for Teacher Appreciation Week:

Now, I know we should appreciate you every single day (and honestly—we do), but this week? This week we crank it up, roll out the red carpet, and go all out to celebrate the real MVPs of the universe: YOU.
